Music and Art is my life. And I grew up listening obsessively to icons like Doris Day, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Glen Miller. I love the feeling and original twist they put on their music, that kind of 'special spice' through which they were able to create their own unique and original sound. 

It seems the deeper their individual life experiences, the deeper their music spoke to everyone. This kind of quality and dedication lives on past their own lives and beyond.

I currently have a little jostling 'production line' of songs, that have waited patiently in the wings of my life for their chance to shine. I hope I can do them justice. It has certainly taken me decades to find my artistic voice. 

​

I like to dabble and play with both cover and original songs. Often the original songs seem to write themselves. And I like to create playful cover versions of ballads to pack as much as I can into the 3 minutes song experience.

I like to pick one of my paintings that most fits with the vibe of a song.

However, my artistic side is a solitary one. She doesn't collaborate with my musical side. They are more like estranged sisters who only meet up at special events! 

My art prefers complete freedom of expression whether doing abstract of traditional work. ​
